Structural features of high pressure and high temperature resistant blower:

1. The high-temperature fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, motor, connector, cooling fan blade, etc.

2. The impeller adopts multi wing single inlet centrifugal impeller, which is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate, and the blade is designed according to the aerodynamic principle.The impeller consists of 10 backward inclined airfoil blades, curved front disc and flat rear disc. 3. The air inlet adopts convergent streamline vortex reduction form, with small air loss and high working efficiency of high-temperature fan.

The casing of the high-temperature resistant fan and the motor are installed and connected by metal castings, the cooling fan blades are installed on the motor shaft head, and the inlet and outlet pipe interfaces are set on the outer wall of the metal casting to cool the metal casting and the shaft head to ensure the normal operation of the motor under high temperature.
